its just that the following come into account when i consider this:
a- he lives states away
b- he loves her
c- he told me i had no chance because of b
d- he now ignores my emails, notes, posts even though he knows i am willing to be just friends as long as he's happy
e- i love him way to much
due to those above i am forever held captive by my parents arguements, my sister's puberty, back-stabbing friends, and i can't tell anyone because he is the only one i actually trusted and now i come to find that he is just a ** like every other guy i know.

You can't be friends with him if you feel like that. I don't know how old you are but I've been there, it gets better. Just don't make the mistake of clinging onto any guy that you think will love you in case you end up a single parent. Go to school or work.
