I am really unhappy but everyone thinks

Comment one can bepleasing and effective, but not sustainable 24 / 7. unfortunately...
Many people are all tore up in painful, depressing relationships and unhappy jobs.
Some find faith helpful / some hobbies / we are on a jorney with no real blue print..

You know a lot of those seemingly happy people have horrendous pain inside. I didn't know until I started opening up to people about my depression, and suddenly, everyone was feeling the same thing. But I realized that it wasn't that everyone suddenly felt depressed after me, but we all go through the same (or similar) **. Life is ** a lot of the time, but the good parts make up for it.

Take up masturbation.
