Hurt and confused

How is it that I have been with this man 34yrs,my whole life I have been the ride or die wify,drug abuse ,jail bid,and now are kids are grown,we suppose to enjoy each other's time,and life just smacked me again in the face(drugs again)he won't leave,and I refuse to leave,so what am I suppose to do ,Im tried of crying,and complaining .
