I'm sorry to hear. If it helps, know that most of us have a pretty horrible "first experience". But it doesn't mean it will always be that way. In your case, your hymen might have been larger than usual, which increased the pain and might be why it's still hurting later. If it still hurts after 4 days, please do see a doctor.
I had the same experience my first time, he had trouble getting in me and it was really painful.
