Cheating, with an older guy...need advice

Relationship Status:We are both in committed relationships that neither of us is happy in, and in both cases, leaving is simply impossible at the moment.
How we met: Josh is in construction that constantly brings him into the city 3 hrs from home, and he practically lives up here during the summer. We were both on a social media website when he struck up conversation, and after a couple weeks we both realized just how well we clicked. We met in person only one time, when he visited my job, and I had never been so nervous in my life. Two months later he told me that he loved me, and I was all too happy to admit that I had fallen for him as well. We both knew that it was going to be difficult seeing one another, but what we didn't count on was that one time being our only meeting to date. We haven't had any sort of physical relationship and I know it's taking a tole on him. He has needs after all. But the fact that we sometimes go a week without communication is what's hurting me. As his job winds down, he will soon head home for the winter, meaning fewer and far between times to talk or see one another. It's gutting me because I don't want him to go. We both knew this time was going to come, and I'm trying my hardest to give him something more to hold onto until he's back next summer. I just don't see how we are going to make it through the next few months. Any advice?
End this now before you commit adultery, this is not going to turn out well.
