i really love her but she said she

i really love her but she said she doesnt love me. i was asking for her to meet me alone, i didnt want to take any advantage of her by meeting alone. i even cant think of hurting her. i just wanted to talk to her about why she doesnt love me. i could see love in her eyes for me but i know that there was some reason why she was saying no to me. i just wanted to know the reason for saying no. bt she was not agreeing to meet me alone. i was having chat with her where she was not giving any reply to me. and finally she logged out from chatting. so i m feeling very bad that i hurt her. but what can i do i love her so much that i want to talk to her.
