That I am starting to develop feelings for this friend who I have a "Friends with benefits" relationship with. I have confessed my feelings for him but he does not feel the same way. Should I continue this relationship with him or just move on? He is currently unemployed and that could possibly be a reason why he is not looking for a serious relationship yet.

He's not looking for a relationship, because there is no reason to. Why bring in the commitment card when you're giving the benefits for free. Take ** off the table and then see what he is interested in. Move on. If you're looking for a relationship, don't give it up so quickly.
