Since you are still underaged, to start with, you may sneak into your mom's bed with the excuse of sleeping with her like childhood years. Most likely she would not mind. This should continue for several months and see whether she hugs or cuddle you. You too sleep with her spooning kissing her back/nape. Gradually reach for her ** to stroke them and if positive from her end suckle on her nips. If she enjoy these, try to get ** in the bed and make her do so. Hopefully, she will lead you for the rest. This did worked for me with my grandma aged 60 when I was hardly16!
