Why continue to endure physical pain and emotional torment, in order to cater for your man's sexual pleasure? He's not doing the same for you.

Tell him how you feel about it and if he doesn't take your feelings into consideration, suggest using a ** and ram it into him, exactly how he does it to you. Just so he knows how it feels.
