Getting fat

After 14 years of marriage and struggling to maintain my weight, constantly dieting, I finally gave up last year. I'm 5'2" and have always been around 145 lbs. Last year, my new year's resolution last year was to purposely get fat. I told my husband, who was relieved that I was finally no longer dieting. In one year I gained 64 pounds. This year, my new years resolution is to gain 100 pounds, now that my appetite has increased, I think I can do it. This is sooo much more fun that dieting, and my husband seems to enjoy my growing curves! Win Win!

    • My too girlfriend.. not a big deal. I gained 60 lbs during Covid and my husband cant keep his hands off me me now

    • Do you mind if he joins in the fun? Or does he need to stay in shape?

    • Whats your weight now?

    • Sweetie I have gained to and hubby LOVES it! Bigger is sexier!

    • You sound happy. Some people are just genetically programmed to be heavier and or to be attracted to heavier. I too fought weight for years and struggle to loose the baby after each pregnancy even being a workout fanatic and working with a nutritionist. I was miserable and my husband how loved my baby weight always lost interest in a physical relationship when I got thin. He finally confided in me he liked the bigger me... I thought about it a while and just gave in to my foodie desires. I'm now twice the weight I was and an **, so happy, love my body and have an amazing relationship.

Be who you want to be

Haters will hate, ignore the trolls they are usually the most miserable people in the room.

    • This confession was posted 1.8 years ago. Are you still getting fatter? Husband still happy. Hope so, as I am getting fatter and hoping my fatter wife likes it

    • I'm glad you gave in to the inevitable and just let yourself get fat. And I'm glad your husband approves. Over the last ten years my wife has doubled her weight and I absolutely love it. She used to have a gorgeous, slender, hourglass figure, but on our honeymoon I confessed to her that I love fat and asked her to let herself go. I'm glad she did. Now she is more beautiful than ever.

    • ** these comments down below, big is beautiful ignore those social tarts

    • Maybe just quite focusing on it all together & let It just be what its gonna be. Best of both worlds.

    • Don't go on diets then. Just reduce your portion sizes and replace specific foods, for healthier options instead.

Exercise regularly and try to eat 5 - 6 small portions of food a day e.g. Breakfast, mid- morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner, then supper - Everyone's immune/digestive system is different, you have to fund out what works for you.

      I'll be honest you're only 5ft 2ins and should weigh between 7st 12lbs and 9st 11lbs as a healthy bracket.
Anything below and above these weights, determines you're unhealthy according to the BMI guidelines

However, I believe the bmi guidelines doesn't take into consideration- individual body shapes and various types of physique athleticism.

Some individuals are bodybuilders, fitness fanatics, athletes and so forth,
so need to have a high calories healthy diet, to aid muscle recovery and maintenance of muscle density/desired muscle mass - depending on the individual.

If you're just piling the weight on, without ant regard to what you're putting into your body - you're going to damage your organs, if you haven't done so already, by yoyo dieting.

    • And damage your immune system

    • So you are planning an early death
