I blame my parents for being overweight. I was overweight when I was younger, and I feel like they could have done something different to stop me from being what I am today.
or you could just have the courage to change the things you CAN, which is YOU, not your partents, or the past.
I was 225 lbs. when I lived with my parents when I grew up. Since leaving the house twenty years ago, I have been around 140 lbs and have maintained that weight by eating proper portions and exercising three times a week for 20 minutes. It is never too late to untrain yourself from the bad habits that have been imposed on you by your parents. Best of luck. . .
