Fat Americans
People are getting ** off that designers don't make clothes for "plus sized" women 16+ but should we REALLY be promoting that kind of body type?
I definitely don't think so. America is the fatest nation in the world and I think it's completely logical not to cater those huge sizes.
Why should we be promoting overweight and unhealthy bodytypes?
I'm not a body shamer, ** have whatever body you want I don't care JUST BE HEALTHY ABOUT IT! There's a certain point that you reach overweight and that is not okay.
Fat ** is grt
I am considered "fat" by society and I am completely healthy. I work out 3 times a week. I run, lift weights, etc. I am 5'7 and 190 pounds. From first hand experience I can say that some people cannot help that they are a little on the heftier side. Despite my moderate exercise weekly, when I do lose weight I end up going right back to the size I am now (I do eat moderately healthy as well, I'm not perfect but I do my best to eat plenty of fruits and whole grains). I have since given up trying to look like a model and focused on loving myself and being healthy. That being said, I'm not sure how I feel about your post. I get that you wouldn't want this "body type" to be promoted because being overweight essentially is unhealthy, but what about the people like I who fall in the middle? It's not fair that although we are heavier and honestly cannot help it, we feel ostracized because we don't fit the "normal" standard. Everyone should have a right to be included. Everyone should feel as though they can be beautiful and buy an article of clothing that they like. Not trying to change your mind or anything, but I would like your honest feedback. I'm curious.
You won't get it. OP crawled back under its rock a long time ago and doesn't have the courage to respond to someone sensible. It's one of those dumb little "concern trolls" who probably has high cholesterol and a drinking problem, but since it doesn't LOOK "unhealthy" it thinks everything is okay.
Go you for taking good care of yourself and knowing who you are!
I make my daughter wear skimpy clothes. No jeans pretty much ever. I have her on a diet and make her weigh her self every day. fat people are just gross. She does lots of sport and has tight abs and strong as.
You are entitled to your opinion about us fat people, but are you sure that's okay for your daughter to be wearing such revealing clothing? Yes, she has a great body, but what about the negative ramifications of her wearing these skimpy clothes.? I hate to say it but in today's society she will most likely be objectified because of what you make her wear. There could even be a possibility for sexual harassment from strange men....just a thought.
You know what's really "just gross"? Overly strict so-called "parents" who tear down their kids so THEY don't look bad. I'll bet your daughter is a real peach personality wise. Not that I'd ask your opinion, since the poor thing is probably a bully or sleeps with everything in sight behind your back or is suicidal. Oh well, as long as she isn't faaaaaaat!!!! *rolleyes*
