My mom told me to kill myself
I'm 14 and I wanna die. My mom is abusive towards me and always threatens to leave or kill herself, once she even yelled at me to go kill myself. My own mother told me to kill myself. She also physically abuses me, gripping my arms, dragging me somewhere, pulling my hair. Once she pulled out a chunk of my hair. My dad knows about this but neither of us are sure what to do. It is evident my mom has anger issues but it is always directed at me. We have thought of therapy but I do not know how to bring it up without angering her.

Yeah, you should call the police, no one should be abused, you have your father's support right? Talk to him, tell him if you can't keep this up anymore and let him and the law protect you. The fact that you admit it to the police does not mean you won't see her anymore, but maybe you could end up with an agreement, with your mother going to therapy, for example, maybe your father will have your full custody until she's stable again. Anyway you should do something about it, you're a beautiful person that needs to be respected and not abused, any excuse your mother may have IS NOT an excuse if she abuses of you. Stay strong my friend and accept help, there is just as much as we can do alone, and there are tons of people which are glad to help and find solutions, there is nothing wrong in asking for help, in fact, it shows how brave you are and is something to admire. Thanks so much Adriana, I'm not sure how I could ask for help though. I'm really scared to call the police for help. My dad is being really supportive and trying to help with everything he can but there are still some things that I wish my mom could help me with :(
Call the police the next time she does that in fact call the police now. She's a danger to herself, to you and a dnager to society.
