Lol it is okay. Many many many people do that. It is okay. Really.

It's normal to feel that way and I believe it's telling you something. I went through a phase of doing this. It was straight out of high school. I was bored, heartbroken over a guy that led me on while being in a relationship and lost on what to do with my life. I found an app and decided that I'd feel better if I flirted with other men online. Unfortunately, I was naive and very insecure. It didn't take long for these men to charm me into sending explicit photos of myself to them. Over time, it got worse (or better, depending on your point of view). Men started sending me videos of themselves aroused, and at first, I liked it... but then I felt gross. I think the last straw for me was when I continuously found myself having phone s e x with a Turkish man that taught me how to say "F me" in his language. I felt so good at the moment. However, it only lasted minutes. The feeling of shame, guilt, and sickness lasted much longer. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that I was tired of doing this and that it was time for me to re-evaluate my self-worth. Oddly enough, it was the exact moment I decided to respect and value myself that I met the man that would soon become my fiance'.
If expressing yourself in that way makes you feel happy, then by all means continue. This is just my story, and I realized that it wasn't for me. The point of this is that the only person who knows why you feel this way is you. It's time to look inside of yourself to figure out why.
