I have a crush on a Co worker that is 16 and I am 25. I see her almost three times a week and keep telling my self no thats not right but honestly I think she hits on me. She laughs at everything I do even when its not a joke and she make heart symbols with her hands to me. What should I do?

Tread carefully. She's underage so that's a huge problem. She's a coworker and that can get you in trouble for harassment if a relationship goes sour. The receptionist in our office flirts with me and talks condescendingly to me in her "mom" voice. She thinks it's a game and that it's cute it makes me blush. I can't do anything about it (I'd love to go out with her and see where this goes) but I can't.
