I've cheated on assignments before
I looked up questions on assignments before. I had so much going on with family and school that I barely had any time to get caught up in the book. I still read the book later, and really enjoyed it, but turned in the questions.

As yourself something. In a "real world" work environment would your employer ask you some random esoteric question and not allow you to look it up? No. Your employer just expects you deliver, by any legal means necessary. School is an artificial environment that is supposed to prepare folks for adult life, but often times, it makes people follow odd rules that don't apply. School cheating (looking stuff up for a test) doesn't exist in the real work world, so don't worry about it. You spend a short time at school and a lot of time just working.
