You're not special
So I'm sitting in a restaurant with a group of friends, and this couple has a kid that can't shut up for two seconds. We try to be polite about it, but after about fifteen minutes of non stop noise, we ask the lady if she can do something about it.
The couple tell us that the kid is upset, and they always let him cry it out. We point out thats fine for their house, but in public we like to enjoy our time as well.
Another couple with a brat tell us to mind our own business. a couple of people like us take our side in this.
Listen people you are not better or more worthy of anything. You had a kid, congratulations, but that does not entitle you to be jerkoffs in public. I work pay taxes, treat people with respect, as do my friends, we're not pissy 16 year olds, we're all in between 27-32, and when we go out we don't want to hear your kids constantly screaming throughout our whole dinner.
