Problem in the shower

It is so humiliating ,,Every day we have to shower after gym . I get undressed and try not to look but I cant help it,,if I dont look up I will run into someone. As soon as I see one of my class mates naked I get rock hard and no matter what I do it wont go away.I used to hide it with my towel but the other day after my shower someone noticed and everyone started making fun of me. Now as soon as my locker door opens someone grabs my towel and I am forced to walk naked to the showers and everyone can see that I am hard .
