Weight on stomach
I have always liked pressure on or around my waist and sought for this in various ways. I always wore my belts very tight whenever I could. I would also lean over a branch or fence to let it press into my belly. In my younger days I used to go out on to a remote headland in the early morning. I had one spot I went to where there was a small patch of grass amongst the rocks. I found a rock heavy enough so that I could only just lift it lying down. I would place this rock on my waist and lie there for some time experiencing the considerable pressure.
Another activity was to tie myself to a post with a rope round my waist. I would then pull the ends as hard as I could crossing over back and front several times. Again, I could stay like that for quite some time.
I am now quite a lot older and cannot do the same things - although I still like my belts tight - but my health has not suffered in any way from the activities related above.
I don't know how unusual this is, but have never met someone with the same feelings. Perhaps it is something that is only confessed anonymously!
