That's awkward
I went with my step daughter to a doctors appointment yesterday and had an awkward moment, I was in the room since she's 16 and the doctor was checking her breathing, The doctor asked her to turn her back to her and I was sitting in the chair basically right in front of my step daughter. The doctor lifted the back of her shirt and she just had on a tank top with the built in sports bra or whatever you call it.
My step daughter is a little thick but not fat, Just blonde and thick but is quite chesty and her mom always says it must come from some genes somewhere other than hers because she is brunette and very small, borderline flat. As the doctor hiked her shirt up to listen to her breathing both of her very large ** popped out the bottom and she just sat there as her pale face turned beet red, I didn't even mean to look but I did. Very big **, Large pink areolae and one inverted and one tiny nip.
She sat still taking deep breaths as instructed and surprisingly both nips got rock hard, The little inverted one popped right out and stood almost as big as the other even though they still were pretty small. After the doctor was done she fixed her top and we left, We got in the truck and she said "John...Let's never speak of this to my mom please", I stammered a little and she said "Yeah, Yeah, I know, You didn't take your eyes off them but lets never tell mom please", I agreed and hopefully she never does.
