The horrible feeling when you realize your going to be terminated
It has happened to me. I mean your best effort does not work and you cannot master your job. You make mistakes and people start calling HR. You try and it doesn't work. Your benefits package is going to disappear along with your salary and your self respect. You wish you were dead.
Then it happens. They call you into the office and the HR lady has a grim expression on her face. You do not like what your seeing a bit.
They tell you to sit down and then they give you a brief description of what a ** up you are and they plan to terminate you. You knew it already but hearing it and knowing that in less than five minutes youd be walking out the door without your ID and no way back in.
The horror. Even if the charges against you are true the horror. Back to the old drawing board looking for new employment.
Yeah you blew it but you are still angry. At yourself, at them at fate itself.
Your life says ouch. Things have changed but not for the better.
Goodbye salary, goodbye benefits goodbye self respect. Hello unemployment office, Hello applying for unemployment if you are lucky enough to be able to collect it. OUCH. Life at this point hurts like **.
