I feel like I'm stepping into a doomed world
I'm 17 and never dated anyone,
I don't think I'm very pretty.
I want someone to love me for who I am,
but even I find myself annoying.
I don't have a hard time finding people to date online,
and I find it a bit sad.
They know what I look like and how I act,
the good ones are just too far away to reach.
Nowadays,
Why are relationships being counted by the day?
I want to get married,
and be a mother.
But I think that with the very easy-way-out lives we lead,
no one is every going to reach the 20th anniversary ever again.

For the moment why not join some clubs to meet new people and hang out with friends?
I guess I may be too old, but is no ** completely out of mode these days? It probably is! The greatest joy of my life was able to share my first sexual experience with my wife after we were married in 1973. I was also a little slow on relationships due to a speech impediment. Found the perfect mate though. Good luck to you, and hold on until the right person comes along who can love you.

I really hope you find a decent bloke to do that with. In about 5 years, when you've had time to experience life, develop more as a person and know that you've find the right guy, not just the first guy.
