I wish I was free to do want I want.
If I could have one ability, it would be freedom. Before anyone says freedom is not an ability, let me explain. There's a website called Superpower wiki that lists many different superpowers and one of the powers listed is freedom. The explanation is that by having freedom, a person cancer do anything they want and never get in trouble. My entire life, I was never free to make any of my own choices. All of my choices were made for me and they still are. When I was younger, my mom told an old woman, Gracie, that me and her would spend the night with her. I said I wasn't going to do it but, when my dad found out, he made me go anyway. I was never asked if I wanted to spend the night, he just made me do it. When I was in the third grade, I was sent to private schools. I was never asked if I wanted to go to the private schools. I was simply forced to go. I was always forced to become a pallbearer when there was a funeral instead of being asked. When I graduated from school, I saw that I was not given a diploma. I asked a Jean, a woman who worked at the school, why I didn't get a diploma and she said that it was because I was getting to a school to learn food preparation. Not only was I never asked if I wanted to go to a school to learn food preparation but, I was signed up without my knowledge. I went to another school to learn computer repair which I don't have a job in. Big waste of time there. I was forced to go to a school dance I never wanted to go to. A date with a classmate I never wanted to go out with. Basically, my whole life people have been making all of my decisions for me instead of letting me make them for myself. Even to this day, I get no say in what I want to do with my life. That is why if I was given one ability, it would be absolute freedom. Basically I can do whatever I want and never be punished for it. I go into a supermarket and take whatever I want and leave without paying because I'm free to do it. I want to walk into someone's house and take whatever I want and they can't do anything about it. I'm basically miserable because I'm not free to do anything I want to do. If I was given freedom to do anything I wanted, I know that I'd be very happy because I can finally start making my own choices instead of other people making them for me.
