My friend was falsely accused of something
So, my friend was falsely accused by a young girl of “grooming” he never touched the girl. He also met her one time. He chatted with her on the phone by texts. She said she had evidence of grooming but she has nothing. She goes and bad mouths him to everyone and people automatically believe her. His reputation gets ruined but she was a known drug addict. I’ve known him for years and it really ** that people are believing her. First of all she could have easily blocked him. Second she has zero proof of the abuse. If she were to go to the courts she has no case as there’s no proof. So why are people quick to bash someone and ruin their reputation? If she was that badly effected why didn’t she go to the police? Plus, she even said he never touched me. When I think of abuse or pedophiles those victims had no chance to defend themselves. Am I wrong for thinking this way?
