I don't like when people use the past to justify race mixing.

I feel something is not right about this past race mixing is being used today to justify race mixing.
Someone whose parents are of the same race does not have any confusion, and they do not ask where I belong because they are from the same race and same culture, even if this race has been mixed in the past. If today a white person marries a black person, many will have the feeling they do not belong anywhere and suffer from mental illness. Even if people have been mixed in the past, they are now a community and have their own language, culture, and land. I don't understand why people keep saying that people have always been mixed in the past and use this as an excuse to justify race mixing. I am Singhesle, and our people are now in the millions. It took hundreds of years for us to become this Singhese race. We have our own languages, our own land, and our own unique looks. If a Singhalese person marries a Chinese and makes mixed-race kids, then our Singhalese race won't exist anymore.
