Got fired. Yes it needed to happen but I don't have to like it
I worked for Home Depot and I wasn't doing my assigned tasks properly. I knew what was going to happen. Termination.
At my work review I knew what to do. Goodbye John. I turned in my keys, ID and company credit card. They said they were sorry and I said I was also sorry. I wanted to leave and on my way out the door they told me to wait awhile. They wanted me to be escorted out. I waited and he showed up. He should have been at the termination interview.
I got in my car and my ** told me to have a nice day. I laughed and said "no young man my day is ruined". I drove the long way home.
