I threw three years of my life away by dating the wrong girl

I'm not sure what got into me. She was mediocre looking with a mediocre personality. She was smarter than I was but overall she had no personality at all. I stayed with her because I had no other girl to date. I'd have been better off not dating anyone than being with her.
