My daddy passed away in June
He passed away from lung cancer then fell of our stairs and broke his neck and died. All my family say they know who was behind his death and as to the reason they decided to take me off his will. I got into an argument demanding the 40k from my mother. She doesn't want to pay up so now I have to open up a civil suit against her. I told her they both seen me as his wife so shouldn't all wives get a portion. She slapped me. When I told my husband what had happened. He said this is all your fault. Now come ** Daddy's d*** just like you did your daddy. Now I want a divorce. I dunno what to do?
