My boyfriend's niece...?

I've posted about how I've been concerned before about my boyfriend and him finding his niece attractive maybe? I'll try make this into a shorter story. His underage niece and him had a close relationship he helped raised her before I moved in she was still sleeping in bed with him at 9... The child's mom also lived here. Well he had charges from a domestic dispute because they were both on dope and she flipped out tried to stab him with scissors, because he had her daughter with him door dashing after dark. And she was supposed to be with her son because that's the deal they had? However when he got home close to 10-11 she was at the neighbor's passed out her handicap son who couldn't even walk and had severe seizures was at his house all alone crying how it escalated to her attacking him I'm not sure but anyways she supposedly made him fall backwards with her climbed on his back hitting him he is 6'1 but it broke her hip. When she called 911 he told her to hang up (supposedly before her broken hip) and I guess he hung the phone up because he got an assault on a female charge, a communicating threats charge and I think a resisting arrest charge well it's superior court so about a yr later I've moved in they aren't ever around us... He gets an atf bc his lawyer never called with his court date he did some time in jail... Now this is where it gets sketchy I had a guy feeling these charges are worse then I know even though I've seen the mugshot page... And he just told me out of no where while I'm talking about the pedos in here trying to groom these girls confessing to being molested... He says well what websites do you think the cops that do that go to..? I said like deep web/dark web ** and he said and sites like this one I said nah or they'd be so many more people in jail for it.... And he gonna say a guy he was in jail withs cellmate said dude got charged with cp for clicking a link to a family nudist colony site I called **. Can't happen. Nah. Not unless he was downloading and sharing them or had priors and kept visiting it and he interrupts me to say well I also heard this guy was caught with pictures of his niece on his cell phone and I started asking about the site again like did he even have a family? Did he keep visiting these kinds of sites over and over like he did not just click the link and boom he's on trial he said well you can get arrested for throwing a cigarette down and aren't even guilty...nut not charged I said was he charged or just waiting trial? He just kinda dropped it and said well you can't believe anything in jail like it felt like a fruedian slip or a secret confession or something like what's the chances? Is it coincidence? How my boyfriend know why these pedos on here keep accusing confession posts being written by 30-40 year old men making this up I thought they just thought it was another pedo... Then I realized my boyfriend understood like it's cause y'all know it's probably a cop... I should be concerned right? Can you have a charge like that and it not show up on your mugshot or something?
