Accidental ** within the black community
In ghettos and very rural areas black women often have children with multiple partners and get pregnant. They often have no idea who the father is. This continues to this day as on paternity courts a black woman can present four potential fathers for their children with none of them being the father via DNA testing.
All too often a black guy fathers a child with his half sister and doesn't know it. This causes diabetes and mental retardation and other problems more commonly seen in the black population.
I am white but I have lived and seen problems like this often as I live near and sometimes interact with the local black population.
I'm of the opinion that the smartest move a black girl can make is to have a baby by a white man to ensure she isn't related to the father.
