You should share her with a few friends to see if she is genuinely submissive. That would be a great test and genuinely Christian thing for her to do; share with others.

The mouth of a true submissive has only one purpose. It is not to emote sound, but to receive manhood. And occasionally eat food to sustain the true value of receiving hard manhood.
