What should I do?
So, there's this guy I really like (REALLY like) and I'm just about 100% certain he likes me back. Even my mother and my best friend think so. But...he isn't doing anything about it. I'm not really comfortable taking the initiative and asking him out (I've only had one boyfriend EVER, and I'm not exactly a forward person) but I know there's a chance he's the kind of guy who never really does anything about his feelings.
Advice? Hope? Anything?
What I've come to learn about the exact same situation, most likely you two think very similar. Chances are you guys are feeling the exact same way. My one regret is letting the circumstances around me getting in the way of telling maybe the one person in the world who I can connect with on this level how I feel. As a guy, I can say with this type of connection, it's probably the scariest thing in the world for him to be able to tell him how you feel. And I know for me, nothing would make me feel more relieved (and turned one) than the girl taking the initiative. And if you guys are as close as you make it seem, even if he thinks taking this relationship to the next level isn't the best idea, I'm sure you guys will still get along as friends. My bottom-line: don't let opportunities pass you by.
