Guilty concience
I did not get well with my mother in law nor she did with me, but when she expired ,i was and still am feeling that i am to an extent responsible for her natural death.i ask for her forgiveness very often in my prayers.
any small mistake i make ,unknowingly, i fell so guilty about it if i make any mistake or hurt any one , the moment i realise and always have said sorry to the person whom i have unknowingly hurt and never has repeated it .but some times mistake happen and i am never able to forgive my self even though the other person has forgiven me.this has effected my health to a very great extent. what should i do
