My fault

I went out for dinner with my friend that night. I offered to drive her home but i honestly regret it so much now. She was pregnant at 34 weeks then. Never would i have expected that we got into an accident. I confessed I was actually distracted for that one moment when i sped past the red light and the other car fron the other junction (it was a T) crashed into the side of my car. And unfortunately for me, the car crashed into where it was near me my side. I lost consciousness immediately. When i woke up, i found out from my friend that she wsas in a serious condition. Her labour was induced by the car accidnet and the trauma tothe uterus led to postpartum haemorrhaging which meant she lost a lot of blood.
