Tired of waiting
When I started my relationship with my long term boyfriend I made it clear that I was only interested in dating for the purpose of marriage and children. That's where I was at in my life. He was aware of this and we went forward with the understanding that we we both on board. I stood by him during highs and lows including supporting him while he went back to school. Fast forward nearly four years and I'm about to turn 38 - still not married and no babies. He finally proposed on Valentine's Day and that night after ** I used the sperm from his used condom to try to imseminate myself. I got the positive pregnancy test this morning!

Thanks for the support. I have tried in every way to convince him and would have preferred to be more ethical but I finally was pushed to take this option.
Congratulations on the baby, but if you'd just said 'No condom, I want children before it's too late' he may have understood.
