Americans That Write Like They're British
I can't stand when someone that was born in America but has never left the United States writes like they're British (i.e. using the "ou" spelling for words like color or typing because as "cos"). It just makes them look so pretentious, like they think they're not proud to be an American or something. I know someone who does this and they always wonder why 99.9% of people hate them on sight; it's probably because they write like a **.
Wankers like that are a pain in the **.
I've noticed that most of the people who do this are theater types who watch way, way too many British imports on PBS and are generally unbearable. The fact that they use British spellings when they shouldn't is pretty far down on the "reasons to dislike them" list.
