Black lunatics at work
I used to work for a trucking firm and four of my co workers were black. They had apparently been hired after another black co worker filed a class action suit that said this company did not have enough black employees.
Three of them were obviously more interested in smoking crack cocaine than they were doing their job.
One of them was a lummox who did no work at all. One day an efficiency expert came in and informed the manager that the black guy was not contributing anything to the company. The black loser said to the efficiency expert. THATS MY SUPERVISOR RIGHT THERE, IT ANI'T NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. The efficiency expert replied. The ** its not, your not contributing a ** thing. The black guy screamed again "THAYS MY SUPERVISO RIGHT THERE< IT AIN'T NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
The idiot supervisor finally said "You want to get out"?. The black guy said yeah I'll get out. I was hoping hed leave the building but he cvame back after apparently lying to HR about us picking on him and he said. "If you wanted somebody to do it quicker you should have asked womebody else. The supervisor sadi It took you four hours to do two pages. Is that as good as you can do?
After the manager said that the lunatic saw me sitting there with my mouth open and he glared at me like he could kill me.
He was apparently assigned elsewhere but somehow he thought I was part of his problem. He would come in the area when I was alone and just stand there heavy breathing. I had not done one ** thing to him.
I finally got transferred elsewhere and for several months that ended the problem but one day when I was on break he attacked me and grabbed my shirt and held his fist up to the gleeful laughter of his two equally cocaine crazed companions.
He was let go that day but he collected unemployment until he got another job. I heard on the grapevine from a black man who lived in the same neighborhood as he did who said he was fired from every job he ever had from then on.
I continued to work there until I was caught up in a downsizing. Soon after that I went to work for another better company.
Until these events I was never racially prejudiced but now I see why companies are reluctant to hire blacks.
