Help

So I'm not very old just a teen... I dated a girl for 4 months and I lost her trust by cheating like a dumbass... I've been through so much with her and i realize that more than likely she is not who I'm gonna marry or be with but she's my dream girl. I love her and I can't help it I just don't know what to do anymore and she doesn't want to ever get back together. I just needed it out there
