Low self esteem is hard to deal with. You need to try to dosoemthing for yourself that will make you feel better about you! Hooking up with random guys and throwing up will not help. I was thinking something like taking up a new hobby or channeling your energy into a talent of yours. Even volunteering can help. Just don't become a statistic!
