You don't need to just do good deeds..that's manipulation. Give up your life to God's will. It's not just oh boy life is ** I ng fun and no consequence. Or let me build roads in bangehar.....just make choices you can live with and yes we Mess up because there is Sin!!! Devil, demons make us sin ...which you counter with good heart and a good intent . pray for people to heal. Pray for good to happen to others. It's not about US!!

You can still carryout good deeds, for the right reasons, with no expectations.
Doing a good deed without thinking of the rewards, is good enough for me. To carryout good deeds from the heart, is a blessing. And you can still lead a righteous life and have fun whilst doing so. If you have a positive mindset and outlook in life, regardless if you follow a religious doctrine or not, It's a life worth living in my eyes. That's only my opinion and I'm not forcing it upon anyone and neither am I preaching it, to anyone.
Everyone is different and everyone leads different lives. Each to their own.
Believe in what you want, you have the right to.
