Messed up
I came to my parents home to visit, and I got drunk. Everyone else was sober, and I fell off a chair. My dad asked if I took too much xanax. I didn't. I was just drunk. Now I'm ashamed and embarrassed.
It happens..I've gone to family gatherings so hungover at times that my brain was too foggy to think a solid thought, or, hands shaking I couldn't get food without a problem. Showed my hot, older sister, who had her own drunken times, a pic on my phone one time, and my hands were shaking. She leaned into me and said "Been going out a lot, huh, hun? I can tell". Since we get along so well, she kept it quiet, and only suggested not saying or doing much during the day, just let people think you're tired or being quiet today.
Understandable, but what's done is done. Just move on :)
