Online dating is idiotic and all they sell you is false hope. "Look at all these people you could find love with!" Except it's not true. What really happens is you send messages to numerous people who look interesting and get ignored in return. Or on the off change you actually get a date, they decide that you aren't worth their time because they have 500000000 other people they are matched with. I want to scream at the TV every time I see that guy from that stupid website telling you that they'll find you someone compatible. Because they won't.
Agreed. I tried many sites and its just depressing. You would think that these people would want to meet but they don't. Such a depressing waste of time.
I guess it depends on what exactly you're looking for. I have found online dating to be very easy to meet numerous girls. Sometimes flings, sometimes a few months of romance. Everyone is only looking to get laid but lately I've been addicted to it and sometimes make a game of seeing how many girls I can bed in a week and also to see how young I can get to go to bed with me. So far my record is 9 girls in a week and youngest yet is 20. I'm a 38 year old male. Thank you OKcupid!!!!
