Hating my job
I actually hate my ** job, and I hate all the ** ** that work there. Some are ok, mostly I work ** over time and it's like expected I do for ** pay. I mention a pay rise and get slammed about it. My profession is valuation something I did 3 years at university at. Honestly a career in Mcdonalds would be less exploitative. I've seen this industry change the nicest people in the most savage ugly people, that's how bad they treat the young people. Maybe they are cynical and think we are entitled but come on, we are totally being used and it's not fair. Yes I understand there are third world countries where people are treated a lot poorer, but I can't take it, I want to work and be happy be supported, none of this you fend for your self **. And don't even bother asking for help in this industry you'll get torn into pieces like how did you not know this? Are you dumb? So I shut my mouth and do my work and look for something better to come along.
Typical Millennial/ Gen Z whining. Oh, they only treat the "young people" badly, huh? Every ancient person-- we're talking like (*shudder*) 35 and over-- gets hourly massages and six-figure incomes, then?
Why is it that you want to be seen crying loud and long for equality for PoC/gays/everybody... except those older than you? Isn't that a form of ----ism? (Don't hurt your brains, I'll fill in the blank: AGEISM.) You simply can't bear the thought of any individual on the planet having so much as a bad day... unless they're significantly older than you. Then they're worse than invisible. So much for your often-advertised egalitarianism.
The above is something to keep in mind as YOU continue to age. Older Millennials are starting to experience it, and it will never stop. So maybe widen that oh-so-inclusive love and regard you claim to have to include those of your parents' ages and older. Sooner rather than later, that's gonna include YOU.
Please-please calm down. You've got to understand we are all enslaved in a system designed for us all to suffer. Some suffer more and some less. We've had many decades of a mass dumbing-down social experiment. People are now designed to be selfish and uncaring. That way it keeps everyone on their toes and edgy. Research "Flat Earth" and you'll never care about a thing ever again. Good luck and don't forget to tell us how you got along.
The problem is there are just too many crying ** liberals now days that want everything their parents have right now. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. You have to work your way up and put in the time.

** my dolnalds. Sorry to break the ice bud but sadly y Yr generations asks for more than when the old cats were young! As time passes by it will be harder for y'all to land blue collar jobs, meaning a high school diploma and being bilingual won't do any good now in days most companies no matter what it is your working for secretary, recruiter, admin, office jobs etc oil jobs any job over the course of time , will require at least 2 year associates degree!! Go to school even if it means being in debt with financial aid. It will be worth every penny. I've worked in the petrochemical plants for over 25 years as a chemical operator. When I first started we had a butcher , a carpenter, me coming from zero knowledge of anything a car mechanic & a woman who came from a small office job she was bilingual. But the reality is this was back then luckily for all of us we've stuck around quite some time and the company now based our years here off of experience. Now I'm a production chemical supervisor making 45 hr working 4 days 10 hrs shifts still making money. My point is don't sit around for the sky to fall, apply to entry level jobs like manufacturing, production, & skilled trades even if it means you start from ground up. But if you plan on going to school do it now before it gets harder and more difficult to land a blue collar job. Trust me over the years of hiring entry level operators their interviews get harder and harder with halls generation on the come up y'all WILL struggle to land these type of jobs without education or if your lucky enough to find something where you can grow. Quit your job but first make sure you've found a new one!!!
What you have not figured out is that you don't own the company. So you can either choose to work there, or choose to leave. If you don't like it, then leave and find a different job, or start your own company. Either way, if you choose to say or go, stop ** about it. That does no one any good.

Same thing happened to me many years ago and I ended up getting fired. When that happens you regret it for the rest of your life because you feel you should have quit before it happened. If you hate your job that bad quit. In the long run, it will be the right thing to do.
