I feel scared
Few days ago, my mum seen naked pictures with me and my boyfriend. She also found out that he came to my house, without her knowing. In the night when she found out , she said that we will have a talk about it, but from then she didn't say anything to me. She is not talking to me at all. And I don't know what to do. Should I wait for her to come and talk to me, or should I say that I am sorry for what happened?

Once a girl is sexually active, there is no going back. Ask your mother to help get you on Birth Control. If she won't, try a school counselor or a doctor. Some states allow minors to get help without a parent's permission. Don't wait for a non-functioning parent, it's your life.
As me being a parent would say since she has shut down for the time she was utterly shocked. If so she is thinking very much how to approach and handle this. When I use to pull stuff and under the gun like you are I would let my mom alone for a bit to cool down which you have and then approach her and get it over with.
