I sponsored a honeymoon for my wife and her crush

My wife had a crush on my cousin brother since the day we got married, I remember that she was very curious finding out who was he during our wedding. I've noticed that she behaved differently whenever he was around, I knew she liked him, but when I asked she would deny it and say I'm out of of my mind.
But she never flirted with him in any form, not even in texts. I thought her feelings for him were pure and true and I thought I need to fulfill her desire, so I talked to my cousin and he agreed to see her, after a month of dating I decided I send them on a honeymoon for two weeks and I arranged everything.
After a week I realised that my wife doesn't receive my calls and only texts me in the morning and asks me not to worry.
I am feeling very insecure and I regret sending them to the honeymoon I hope she doesn't leave me after that, we have a son together and the cousin is a student and doesn't have a job.
