I’m in love with my best friend
I have a platonic friendship with a woman and we are very close. She’s beautiful, **, kind and fun. The problem is, we live in separate countries, she in America and me in Canada. I told her how I feel but being that she is more sensible when it comes to matters of the heart she didn’t see how it would work, and it’s a perfectly valid point. I love her so much but the circumstances are all wrong. It’s hard living this way. There is no other woman on this planet that I want more than her, and I mean that, but I just can’t have her and it breaks my heart. As it stands, i can give her the love of friendship. But I want more, much, much more. I adore her…I try to avoid looking at pictures of her because it makes it harder to live with these feelings.
