A lady that fired me was a psychopath
Her unblinking eyes revealed to me her psychological personality. I felt she was insane with a method to her madness.
I’ve seen chicken hawks look at baby chicks with eyes like hers. I came to know that a lot of psychopaths go into HR and she was one of them.
She was married to someone because she had a wedding ring on with a large diamond. I can’t understand how anyone could marry a lunatic like her but she was indeed married.
Companies should have a psychological profile made of HR candidates. I think her manager was scared of her and so was home office.
Or… you did not perform?
Her eyes never blinked. Not when she hired me nor when she fired me.
