Set up by my gf, or not

I study architecture in the US. My best friend here is Zack. Zack is American and I am German. My gf is Lisa. Lisa was Zack's girlfriend when they were in their college years. But when I started studying here last year, they had already split up. I once asked Lisa about that and she told me they got bored with each other and decided to each go their own way.
Now that I spend much time with Zack and as much time with Lisa, there is no way these two cannot meet. And since they are no enemies we will sometimes go to a club here to dance as both Lisa and Zack like to dance. I am not much of a dancer myself but I like to watch people dance and I like to talk to people in the club if just hoping to improve my English.
Last time we went there we had good fun and then we came back to our dorm room. I share room with Zack. It is illegal to drink beer at the dormitory but sure we had some well hidden beers and so we locked the room and kept the music not too loud at all and we shared those beers. So I can say we were tipsy, but not drunk. Lisa was a bit drunk maybe as she drank as much as zackas me did but she is so much smaller.
With the beer we drunk, we needed to go to the restroom now, and we did in turn - me, then Zack, and then Lisa. And then we were left with only three more beers so we opened these but we only just sipped as it was not possible to just go out and fetch more.
Lisa wanted to dance again and she made me sway with her a bit in the center of the room. As we did, she started pulling her dress up in a seducing way, which she often does. I like when she does it and I turned her round a couple of times and then held her close and raised her dress real high so that I was sure Zack could see Lisa's pants and her bare legs too. I did notice that when I lifted her dress so high Zack looked at her back and made big big eyes. But I thought that was a joke of his, so I just laughed and winked at him.
I sat down on the sofa and now Zack and Lisa swayed about a little bit. Lisa pulled her dress up again but when she did so I got a shocker : her bottom was bare and she had no pants on her. Now I made a strange face probably as strange as Zack's face was a minute ago. As they kept on dancing and Lisa kept on flashing her bare bottom to me I got to think that when she went to pee she simply forgot to pull them up and they were probably still there on our restroom floor. I went there to check and indeed this was the case. So I took her pants and put them in my pocket thinking of what prank I could now make on Lisa.
When they finished dancing we sipped the rest of our beers and I asked Lisa to dance a bit with me to which she eagerly agreed. And as we moved to the music I maneuvered her closer and closer to the sofa on which Zack was sitting now. And when we got very close I pulled her towards me while slowly pulling up her dress. Now we moved real slow and at a point I knew her bottom was just right in front of his face. At this moment I pulled the dress all the way up to her waist. So I expected now Zack would pinch her buttock maybe or slap her or something.
After a longer moment I knew something was wrong as he did not seem to do anything of that and I could see him no more because Lisa was right in between us. But I knew something was wrong because Lisa started kissing me. Before, she avoided kissing me when Zack was around. But now she kissed me as she kept moving her body in a sensual way with Zack sitting right behind her.
To stop my prank which evidently misfired, I kept her dress high up and I pushed Lisa towards Frank as I thought this would wake her up to the fact that she had lost her pants. But I clearly did not understand what was going on behind Lisa as she kissed me. For she sat in Zack's lap then she looked up at me with dreamy eyes and she started rubbing my bulge. I must admit I got very excited as I thought now that Lisa was about to give me a bj sitting on my best friend's lap. I found it very odd, but very exciting at the same time. I will admit I did not last long. After not more than five minutes I came right into her mouth while holding one hand behind her head and the other on her breast. It took me a moment to recover and when I did, I noticed that Lisa's eyes were wide open as if she were just about to cry. And then I noted Zack jerked and gave a sound that could only mean one thing. He was holding Lisa's hips with hands like a beast with claws could hold his prey. I watched this in complete shock.
I sat on the sofa next to Zack and Lisa and when she raised to go to the restroom I saw that his sperm was leaking out of her red and open **. Only now I understood that when I pushed Lisa into Zack's lap he already had his pants down, maybe masturbating behind her back. I was kind of embarassed and I did not speak for a while. But Zack was not embarassed and nor was Lisa, When she came for the restroom she just stated that "someone" stole her pants. And she laughed. I gave her back her pants. I did not laugh but I smiled to kind of de-tune the whole thing. Lisa made coffee for herself for me and for Zack.
Now there was no way for Lisa to get out of our dorm unnoticed that late at night and so we slept - me in my bed, Lisa in Zack's bed, and Zack on the floor between us. But none of us slept well apparently. And very early in the morning as I woke up to some noise I noted that Lisa was now making oral on Zack. I hated her for her doing things this way but I could not fall asleep and as he breathed and groaned I got very erect too. When I woke up next time Lisa was gone and Zack was reading a book. I asked him what we do if she gets pregnant now. Zack thinks we make a 'father test' and the one who is a father will care. Lisa phoned me and made a horrible mess about me taking her anally. She said I should have asked first and I should have lubed her. She is all sore. She did not mention breaking up at all.
I asked Zack if this was all a set up plan of his and Lisa. He says no. He thought it was a set up plan by me and Lisa. He suggested we should go dancing more often. To which I did not reply.
I am still digesting the whole thing. I think we did a very pervert thing but now there is no way to say who set up whom. If Lisa's coming to us without her pants was a drunk girl slip up or a plan of hers - I will never know. But I did like the ** part of it all. Actually very much. Especially seeing Zack's ** leak out of Lisa, and also taking Lisa very hard and deep anally, which we never did before as she was not willing to.
