Can my wife do this ??
My wife told me she divorces me. She says she has a lover in another town where she visits to teach yoga classes. I told her I am sad but I do not want a divorce. But she does. I told her I will not give her the divorce.
She threatens she will take it against me that 20 years ago I shared her with a then friend of ours. We were all at a uni and we experimented with marijuana, free love, and etc. She was a lover to me and him at that time. So one day that guy dped her while she rode me. I did not stop him - as I thought she did like it. She let him in her tight a--, so how could that been other than voluntary? She and me and the other guy were on a high.
Now she threatens she will use that 20 y.o (true) story as an argument, in court.
Can she do that? Or is this be 'barred by limitation'?
To prove it to the court she would have to do it again front of everyone and show she is not smiling h.
The streets are calling her, let her go. I wouldn't want to keep anyone around that doesn't want to be there. And that little story of hers is silly.
Spousal support may be an issue in a divorce settlement.
The grounds she threatened you with is worthless. Why do you not want to give her a divorce? Are you willing to allow her affair with another man, and maybe take a few others? How long have you been married?

The argument she is threatening is pointless, the fact is she is female and so gets preferential treatment by every single agency out there. If she wants a divorce, you're getting one whether you want to or not. You were born with a ** and **, so our society treats you like **.
