My rehabilitation after using cusswords and getting fired for it
One day a lady overheard me said obscenities and went to HR. They fired me on the spot. It was the best job I ever had up till that point.
During the long five minute walk to the elevator I made a solemn vow never to do something that stupid again.
If you get fired and its your fault you can't collect unemployment. If I had not been living with my parents I would have ended up on the street.
Ok six months later I get hired. One month became three months and three months became a year. Not one bad word did I say at work. More time passed and then years.
OK I retired. If I had watched my mouth I could have retired with a better montly payment.
I hope this helps someone who tends to cuss. Don't do it at work. Keep your job.
Additional advice, don’t boink the receptionist.
